All over Europe you’ll find bars that are dedicated to one beer, the original pilsner. Each bar is usually run by a Tapster, an expert in pouring and serving the perfect Pilsner Urquell. This journey took me to Komarom, Tata and Budapest in Hungary, and Krakow, Tychy, Pszczyna and Warsaw in Poland and is part of the ongoing projects I do for the beer brand.
