When I got the call from Lisa that she had started a new endeavour I didn’t hesitate. This sounded too good. Edible flowers and a new field full of flowers.
Lisa’s journey with Jazzy Rose Flowers began from a need for renewal. She planted seeds, and from them a business grew - rows of blooms that brought colour and hope.
Now she’s done it again. A new field. A new polytunnel. This time, the mission is simple: to put her flowers on the plate. Not just as decoration, but as part of the meal itself. A sprinkle of colour, a burst of flavour. Cosmos, Dahlias, calendula - all grown with the same care that once turned a bare patch of land into a flourishing flower farm.
